A social worker and researcher by training, an organizer (of things!)planner by nature, I practice presence, listening, reflection, creative research, planning, evaluation, and resource gathering with individuals, families, and friends across the life course.
What I do
I have a doctoral degree in Social Work and Psychology, an MSW, and an LSW. I collaborate in psychotherapy, care planning, research, and evaluation services with clients.
What I believe
How I practice
I use an eclectic approach, pulling from the toolbox of care knowledge, skills, and techniques to respond to clients’ present and emerging needs. The throughline: mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic awareness, and creativity.
Outside of the Profession
I am a poet. I spend lots of time curating playlists. I craft. I move my body through sports, exercise, and dancing. And I love being around big bodies of water and colossal mountains.
